Application Info
All applications received after the original Jan. 11th deadline will be given full consideration. New applicants will be accepted into the program based on the artistic needs of the 2010 ensemble.

Graduate Credit Option
Umbrian Serenades now offers the option for its participants to earn (1) graduate credit through the Continuing Education Office at Westminster Choir College of Rider University. For those who choose this option, please download the form below and contact that office directly after completion of the program.
Program Dates and Times
Summer 2010: July 14-26
Roma Fiumicino (FCO) arrival date/time: before 11 AM of Wednesday, July 14
Roma Fiumicino (FCO) departure date/time: After 11AM, Monday, July 26
Concert towns: Spoleto Cathedral, Assisi Basilica of St. Francis, Spello TBD
Itineraries are subject to change and will be confirmed with detailed cultural "tastings" one month prior to departure.
Non-Singing Travel Companions:
A limited number of non-singing travel companions are welcome pending the acceptance of their singing travel companion into our program. Therefore, singers planning on bringing a non-singing travel companion should indicate so on their Application form.
Program Fee Includes:
- 4 star, First Class European style hotel accommodations for 13 days/12 nights
- group transfers to/from Rome Fiumicino Airport at specified times
- all ground transportation during program
- five full-time escorts available throughout program
- all hotel European Continental breakfasts
- seven special meals, including 6 dinners and 1 lunch, wine included
- all cultural "tastings" as specified in final itinerary
- walking tours with licensed local guides in Spoleto, Spello & Assisi
- all choral "tastings", that is, rehearsals, workshops, and concerts for singing participants
- music packets of repertoire to be performed
Program Fee Does Not Include:
- dinners and lunches not specified above
- air transportation to and from the USA
- travel insurance
All fees are non-refundable. We highly recommend you purchase travel insurance with the company of your choice. Insurance should be purchased immediately upon acceptance into program. Please note this is an independent company and that Umbrian Serenades, LLC, does not receive any referral fees for this service, but merely suggests it as a resource.
Airfare: Participants are responsible for the purchase of airfare to and from Italy.
Age Requirement:
There is a minimum age requirement of 18. Umbrian Serenades does not have an upper age limit. We do, however, encourage each applicant to self-evaluate his or her own physical stamina, as the Umbrian region is mostly comprised of very steep hills and cobblestone streets; walking up and down these steep hills is part of the daily Umbrian Serenades experience.
